Cancer Genetics closes $46 million follow-on

Diagnostic company Cancer Genetics Inc. (NASDAQ:CGIX) closed a follow-on with $46 million -- the company's second follow-on since raising $6.9 million in an IPO in April. The company sold 3.3 million shares at $14. The share figure and total raised includes 428,700 shares sold in the overallotment.
