Sage raises $20 million in B round

Neurology company Sage Therapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) raised $20 million in a series B round from existing investors Arch Venture Partners and Third Rock Ventures. Arch's Robert Nelsen will join Sage's board. Sage also disclosed that in September it raised an additional $2.8 million from Arch in an expansion of its series A round, bringing the total raised in the round to $37.8 million.
