Cytos planning $19.5 million offering

Cytos Biotechnology AG (SIX:CYTN) plans to raise CHF17.6 million ($19.5 million) through the sale of up to 6.3 million shares in a rights offering. Cytos said existing investors Abingworth; venBio; Aisling Capital; and Amgen Inc.
