Evotec raises EUR 30 million from BVF Partners

Evotec AG (Xetra:EVT) raised EUR 30.1 million ($40.2 million) through the sale of 11.8 million shares at EUR 2.55 in a private placement with BVF Partners. BVF also purchased from existing Evotec investor TVM Capital an option to acquire 11.8 million Evotec shares at EUR 4 within the next 30 months.
