OncoMed sets IPO range

OncoMed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Redwood City, Calif.) amended its IPO and now plans to sell 4 million shares at $14-$16. At the $15 midpoint, OncoMed would raise $60 million and be valued at $394 million. Jefferies; Leerink; Piper Jaffray; and BMO Capital Markets are underwriters.
