PTC sets IPO price range

PTC Therapeutics Inc. (South Plainfield, N.J.) amended its IPO and now plans to sell 6.9 million shares at $13-$16 in an IPO. At the $14.50 midpoint, the company would raise $100 million and be valued at $322 million. JPMorgan; Credit Suisse; Cowen; and Wedbush are underwriters.
