Pharmacyclics planning follow-on

Pharmacyclics Inc. (NASDAQ:PCYC) said late Thursday it plans to sell 2.2 million shares in a follow-on underwritten by JPMorgan. If sold at Pharmacyclics' Thursday close of $94.20, the company would raise about $207.2 million. The biotech was up $0.21 on the day. ...
