Ablynx raises EUR 31.5 million

Ablynx N.V. (Euronext:ABLX) raised EUR 31.5 million ($41.7 million) through the sale of 4.4 million shares at EUR 7.20 in a bumped-up private placement to institutional investors. KBC; Bryan, Garnier; and Nomura Code were joint bookrunners in the offering. The price is a 7% discount to the company's close of EUR 7.72 on Wednesday, before the company proposed to raise EUR 20 million ($26.5 million) in the offering.
