e-Therapeutics proposes to raise L40 million

e-Therapeutics plc (LSE:ETX) plans to raise L40 million ($63 million) through the sale of 125 million shares at 32p in a placing to existing and new institutional investors. The price is a 4% premium to e-Therapeutics' close of 30.75p on Friday, before the offering was announced. The company said existing investor Invesco will purchase 67.9 million shares in the offering and increase its stake in e-Therapeutics to 49.9% from 45.92%. Panmure Gordon is the nominated adviser for the offering, which is subject to approval at a general meeting on Feb. 27. e-Therapeutics was up 1.50p to 32.25p on Monday. ...
