Spectrum announces first dividend

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:SPPI) will pay a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on or about Dec. 28 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 20. Based on 59.6 million outstanding shares as of Nov. 21, Spectrum will spend about $8.9 million on the dividend, the company's first. Spectrum said it has also repurchased $12 million in Spectrum shares under a $100 million stock repurchase program authorized in August. The company was up $0.40 to $11.14 on Tuesday. ...
