Mersana raises $27M

Mersana Therapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) raised $27 million in a series A-1 round led by new investor New Enterprise Associates. New investor Pfizer Venture Investments joined existing investors Fidelity Biosciences; ProQuest Investments; Rho Ventures; and Harris & Harris Group in the round.
