Synergy submits plecanatide NDA

Synergy Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:SGYP) said it submitted an NDA to FDA for plecanatide, a guanylate cyclase C ( GCC; GUCY2C) agonist to treat chronic idiopathic constipation (CIC).
