Eleven names new CFO, CBO and chairman

Ophthalmic company Eleven Biotherapeutics Inc. (Cambridge, Mass.) hired Gregory Perry as CFO and CBO -- both newly created positions -- and appointed Daniel Lynch chairman. The company did not previously have a chairman. Perry was interim CFO of InVivo Therapeutics Holdings Corp. (OTCBB:NVIV) and EVP and CFO of ImmunoGen Inc. (NASDAQ:IMGN). Lynch was CFO and an interim CEO of ImClone Systems Inc., which Eli Lilly and Co. (NYSE:LLY) acquired in 2008. Lynch is a venture partner at Third Rock Ventures, an Eleven investor. ...
