Rhizen partners PI3K delta inhibitor with TG

Rhizen Pharmaceuticals S.A. (La Chaux-de-fonds, Switzerland) partnered with TG Therapeutics Inc. (OTCBB:TGTX) to develop Rhizen's TGR-1202, a phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) delta inhibitor in preclinical development for hematologic cancers and autoimmune diseases. TG (formerly Manhattan Pharmaceuticals Inc.) will be responsible for clinical development costs through Phase II testing, after which the partners will share costs.
