FDA approves Zaltrap

FDA approved a BLA from Sanofi (Euronext:SAN; NYSE:SNY) for Zaltrap ziv-aflibercept in combination with FOLFIRI chemotherapy to treat metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) that is resistant to or has progressed following an oxaliplatin-containing regimen.
