MedImmune closing two Calif. R&D sites

The MedImmune LLC biologics unit of AstraZeneca plc (LSE:AZN; NYSE:AZN) will close two of its infectious disease and vaccine R&D sites in California as part of the pharma's broader restructuring program announced in February.
