WARF adds to Geron suit

The Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF) filed an amended complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin to limit GERN's rights related to research products, such as tools for drug screening and gene expression analysis, that incorporate WARF's stem cell technology. According to the suit, WARF asserts that GERN does not have exclusive rights to research products that employ WARF's stem cell lines with technology non-exclusively licensed to GERN under a licensing agreement.
