Cohen stands down as GENXY CSO

Citing a desire to "disengage himself from operational responsibilities," Daniel Cohen relinquished his chief scientific officer position at Genset (GENXY; NM:Genset). GENXY said Cohen will become director general of scientific strategy. CEO Andre Pernet will assume the role of CSO.
