CAT files another suit against MOR

Cambridge Antibody (LSE:CAT; CATG) filed suit Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia alleging that MorphoSys (NMarkt:MOR) infringes two newly issued U.S. patents. The patents cover nucleic acid libraries for expression of immunoglobulin variable domains and methods for producing the libraries and are co-owned by the Medical Research Council, the Scripps Research Institute and Stratagene (La Jolla, Calif.).
