Summary judgement in Igen/Roche case

IGEN said the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, Southern Division granted summary judgement on a motion filed in January ruling that Roche Diagnostics, a division of F. Hoffmann-La Roche (SWX:ROCZ), breached a licensing agreement with IGEN. IGEN said the court ruled that ROCZ took unsubstantiated rental surcharge deductions against reported sales, which breached ROCZ's royalty obligations, including its obligations to provide IGEN with full, accurate and comprehensible reports on a timely basis. ...
