Alza co-promotion deals with Bayer

AZA will co-promote Bayer's Avelox moxifloxacin antibiotic to U.S. primary care physicians. The product is marketed to treat acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, acute bacterial sinusitis and community-acquired pneumonia. Separately, Bayer (DAX:BAYG) will co-promote AZA's Ditropan XL oxybutynin once daily treatment for overactive bladder to U.S. urologists, and AZA will co-promote BAYG's Cipro ciprofloxacin antibiotic to U.S. urologists and obstetricians.
