3-Dimensional, Scriptgen settle patent dispute

The companies cross-licensed their assay technologies to settle a 1998 patent infringement suit filed by Scriptgen (Waltham, Mass.). 3-DP (Exton, Penn.) will receive a non-exclusive license to Scriptgen's Any Target Ligand Affinity Screen (ATLAS), and Scriptgen received a non-exclusive license to 3-DP's ThermoFluor assay technology. ...
