Eukarion's long-lived nematodes

It was perhaps inevitable that the general media would pick up on research showing that Eukarion Inc.'s synthetic catalytic scavenger (SCS) molecules increased the life span of nematodes. However, the study did not measure directly the impact of the compounds on levels of free radicals in the worms, leaving open the question of whether the impact on life span actually resulted from an antioxidant effect of the SCSs and whether SCSs will have an impact on the diseases Eurkarion is targeting.
