Last week's deal with Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics makes Novartis (NVS; SWX:NOVN) the company's largest shareholder with a 16.2% stake. Other major shareholders are Temasek Holdings (7.2%) and ATI Vermögenstreuhand (Kapital & Wert Group) (4.9%). The current free float is 68.9%.
