NIH rebuts report about inquiry

WASHINGTON - The NIH has refuted a report in the Washington Post last week that Scripps Research Institute is not cooperating with an NIH investigation of its licensing agreement with Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corp. The Post article was based on inaccurate information supplied by Rep. Ron Wyden's staff, a spokesman for the NIH told BioCentury.
