Hatch wants pharma-generic summit

WASHINGTON - Sen. Orin Hatch (R-Utah) has asked representatitves of the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and generic drug industries to form a task force to discuss possible revisions to the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act of 1984 (Hatch/Waxman Act).
