Looking for a policy on Bt resistance; Monsanto's recall

WASHINGTON - An Environmental Protection Agency advisory panel this month is scheduled to submit a review of the agency's policies for preventing the evolution of pest resistance to Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) as a result of the widespread use of transgenic Bt crops.
