Cloning report nears its deadline; Putting a chill on press releases

WASHINGTON - The National Bioethics Advisory Commission (NBAC) has set the end of next week to complete its draft report and recommendations to President Clinton on government responses to breakthroughs in cloning technology, NBAC Chairman Harold Shapiro said Friday.
