Venture provisions in capital gains bill

WASHINGTON - Senators Orin Hatch, R-Utah, and Joseph Lieberman, D-Conn., last week introduced a two-tiered capital gains tax bill that contains measures of explicit benefit to the biotechnology community, particularly venture capital incentives.
