Scripps Sandoz Begin Renegotiating

WASHINGTON - The Scripps Research Institute and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals Corp. have begun renegotiating a multi-year, large-scale research collaboration and technology transfer agreement in response to criticism from the National Institutes of Health and members of Congress.
