ReNeuron Group plc (LSE:RENE) is giving up a pound of flesh plus its Guildford, U.K., home base as part of last week's proposed financing. But to paraphrase George Rathmann, it's better to have dilution than dissolution. The stem cell company was set to run out of cash by year end.

Now, ReNeuron expects the cash infusion and relocation to Wales will give it runway to see all three of its programs through to Phase II data by 2015...
