Buying up BioMarin?

Buysiders are shrugging off rumors that BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (NASDAQ:BMRN) is in play, and remain skeptical it will be acquired ahead of two sets of data.

Last week, rumors had GlaxoSmithKline plc (LSE:GSK; NYSE:GSK) courting BioMarin. The week prior, Shire plc (LSE:SHP; NASDAQ:SHPGY) was said to be the suitor. BioMarin and GSK would not comment, while Shire denied the reports...
