IBT needs Merlin to cast a spell

OXFORD - Chris Evans, chairman of Merlin Ventures Ltd., has been asked to weave his magic for the International Biotechnology Trust plc (LSE:IBT) through a merger of investment teams that he believes will set a consolidation example for the industry.
