Skip Klein, long-time fund manager of the T. Rowe Price Health Sciences Fund, has founded Millennium HEW, an advisory firm that will focus on investments in health, education and the internet. The rumor mill had it that Klein wanted more freedom to invest in the smaller cap names, while T. Rowe Price management wanted the fund to have a more large-cap, pharmaceutical bent. Klein is on vacation and couldn't be reached for comment...
