Set a BioCentury Publications email alert to be notified whenever BioCentury publishes
new articles about the topics, companies, diseases, products and targets you are
most interested in.
- 1To Set an email alert:
Click

on the Archives search page, or on the Archives results page after you have completed
search.
- Step 1. Enter search terms. Type search terms into the search box,
or use the search tools to help you find diseases, products, targets and companies.
Tip: Click Advanced Search for more options that allow you to specify
the manner in which your search terms are to appear.
- Step 2. Select publications. Click to place a check mark next to
each publication you would like to include in your alert. If you choose publications
you do not describe to, you will receive an email alert of new articles, but you
will not be able to read the articles.
Tip: Click Advanced Search for the ability to further refine your
selections to certain sections of each publication.
- Step 3. Name your search.
- Click Submit.
Example 1: I want to be notified when there are new articles that
mention FDA guidance.
Instructions: Click

Enter the words FDA and guidance into the search box.

Enter a name for your search and then click
Submit
Results of email Alert: When articles are published that contain
the words FDA and guidance, you will receive an email that contains a link to those
items in our online BioCentury Archives.
Hint: The search above would return all articles that mention FDA guidance, whether
the guidance is new or old. To restrict your articles to new guidances issued by
FDA, add more search terms, such as "FDA", "guidance" and "issued."
Example 2: I want to be notified when there are new clinical data
for products that target TNF receptor 1 and TNF receptor 2.

Use the alphabet links or the search tool to find the targets in the list.
Click the boxes next to the targets of interest.
Click
Add to Search Terms to automatically enter the full molecular
target names and aliases for the targets into the search field.

Enter a name for your search and then click
Submit
Results of email Alert: When articles are published in BioCentury
Part II Clinical Results containing the targets TNF receptor 1 and TNF receptor
2, you will receive an email that contains a link to those items in our online BioCentury
Archives. In the Archives you will also have the ability to merge items and export
them as a word document.
Hint: Click on individual company names in your article to see the company profile
containing financial and pipeline data from BCIQ; BioCentury Online Intelligence.
